Low-temperature ball valves are designed for cryogenic applications. They feature an extended bonnet that prevents low-temperature liquids from reaching the stem packing, allowing vaporization into gas. This minimizes energy loss and protects the valve from failure. The robust structure minimizes thermal deformation, ensuring reliable shut-off in LNG applications.
