Introduction:

The Cryogenic Swing Check Valve is designed for ultra-low temperature media (e.g., LNG, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen), featuring a swing disc mechanism that reliably prevents backflow at cryogenic conditions (-196ºC and below). Its optimized structure ensures sealing integrity and impact resistance in deep-cryogenic applications such as LNG terminals, air separation plants, and chemical processing.

Application:
LNG Systems: Storage tanks, terminals, tanker loading/unloading.
Air Separation: Liquid nitrogen/oxygen/argon pipelines.

Structual Features:

• Body Material: Cryogenic carbon steel (ASTM A352 LCB/LCC) or stainless steel (CF8M), subzero-treated to prevent brittleness.
