When purchasing pipe expansion joints, it is essential to strictly follow the relevant data provided by the design department. The following data must be provided to the manufacturer:
1.Pipeline pressure and nominal diameter (referred to as the nominal diameter of the pipeline).
2.Pipeline installation conditions (whether it is an overhead pipeline or a buried pipeline).
3.The required expansion amount of the pipe expansion joint (also known as the compensation amount).
4.The connection method between the pipeline and the expansion joint (either flange connection or welding).
5.The medium and medium temperature.
If the compensation amount is unknown, the pipeline conditions must be provided to the manufacturer for calculation of the compensation amount.

Installation Method::

The flanged limit expansion joint is suitable for flange connections on both ends. During installation:
1.Adjust the connection length between the product and the flanges.
2.Tighten the gland bolts evenly and diagonally to ensure uniform pressure.
3.Set the limit nuts to lock the expansion range, allowing the pipeline to freely expand/contract within the specified displacement while maintaining operational safety.

This joint is ideal for pipeline systems requiring flange connections on both ends, facilitating adjustment during installation or maintenance. It transmits axial thrust forces across the pipeline, reducing pressure thrust (blind flange force) and compensating for installation misalignment. However, it cannot absorb axial displacement. Commonly used for pumps, valves, and other pipeline accessories.

2.Robust Construction - Made from metal casting/welding, with a trapezoidal rubber sealing ring at the loose sleeve section. Under bolt pressure, the rubber compresses to form a static seal against the joint body and extension pipe.
3.Material Precision - Metals and seals are selected based on performance requirements. Externally coated with high-strength anti-corrosion paint, while bolts are high-strength carbon steel or stainless steel.
4.Flexible Displacement - A controlled gap between the body and extension pipe allows axial and radial movement, effectively absorbing pipeline thrust and easing pump/valve maintenance.
5.Pipeline Protection - Compensates for thermal expansion, reduces blind flange force, and safeguards connected equipment (e.g., pumps, valves).
