Introduction:
The low temperature lift check valve is specifically designed for cryogenic media (such as LNG, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, etc.). It adopts a lift-type structure, utilizing the disc's (self-weight) and medium pressure to automatically open or close, preventing backflow. Key features include cryogenic-resistant materials (e.g., stainless steel, austenitic steel), specialized sealing (metal hard seal or PTFE soft seal), and anti-freeze design to ensure reliability in extreme(low-temperature) environments. It is widely used in LNG storage/transportation, air separation units, and petrochemical cryogenic energy recovery systems.Body Material: Cryogenic carbon steel (ASTM A352 LCB/LCC) or stainless steel (CF8M), subzero-treated to prevent brittleness.
Disc Type: Swing disc with stainless steel pivot pin for low-torque operation.
Sealing System:
Metal hard-faced (Stellite) or PTFE seals (above -100ºC).
Precision-lapped seat-disc contact for ISO 5208 Grade A leakage.
Extended Bonnet: Isolates stem packing from cryogenic fluid.
