Oxygen globe valves are primarily used to connect or cut off the medium in pipelines and are generally not used for regulating flow. However, they have a wide range of applicable pressures. Oxygen-specific valves are specially designed for oxygen pipeline networks and are widely used in oxygen-related projects in industries such as steel, metallurgy, petrochemicals, and chemicals.
Strcture features
Oxygen shut-off valves not only possess the functions of conventional valves but also have unique characteristics. During manufacturing, strict oil-free measures are implemented, and all components undergo rigorous degreasing treatment before assembly. All flanged-end valves of every diameter are equipped with conductive screw holes to prevent static electricity accumulation. External surfaces of the valves feature protective measures to guard against contamination by dust and oils. These products utilize two categories of materials: one employs cast silicon brass for the valve body, bonnet, and disc; the other uses high-quality stainless steel for these critical components. This material selection ensures compatibility with high-purity oxygen service while maintaining safety and durability.
