Introduction:

This series of valves is a type of rotary ball valve with a core seat made of metal or a metal-to-Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing combination. It integrates the best control characteristics of ball valves and butterfly valves, functioning both as a control regulating valve and as an on-off shut-off valve.

Feature:

The valve has a one-piece body without any pipe joints, making it immune to stress from piping or bolts. Additionally, the absence of pipe joints means the pressure-containing shell is not affected by sudden pressure "surges".

The valve features a V-shaped body, which ensures precise control across the entire flow range, even with low flow rates or high-viscosity media.

The leak-proof and durable seat is lined with a PTFE cup or O-ring seal with a stainless steel core on its outer diameter. The seat is made of tungsten-cobalt hard metal with a large cross-sectional area, further reinforced by a metallic bellows spring.

When the valve is closed, a wedge-shaped shearing action occurs between the V-notch and the seat, providing self-cleaning functionality and preventing the ball core from sticking. This makes the valve particularly suitable for high-viscosity, suspension, pulp, and other dirty or fibrous media applications.
