Introduction:
The bellows-sealed globe valve uses advanced German technology and metal bellows sealing to eliminate leakage and aging issues of traditional packing seals. It enhances energy efficiency, safety, and reduces maintenance costs. Widely used in petrochemical,chemical fiber,power,steel, and food industries.
The product has a rational structure and reliable sealing, with a dual robust bellow seal design (bellow + packing) that ensures zero leakage of the valve stem. There is no fluid loss, which enhances the safety of factory equipment and meets international sealing standards. The sealing surface is welded with Co-based hard alloy, which provides excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-friction properties, resulting in a longer service life. The valve stem is tempered and treated with surface nitriding, offering good corrosion and friction resistance. The valve stem also features a position indicator for more intuitive operation.
