Introduction:

The Z11 Forged Steel Gate Valve is suitable for small-diameter pipelines with Class 150-2500 and operating temperatures ranging from -29°C to 425°C (carbon steel) or -29°C to 500°C (stainless steel). It is used to cut off or connect pipeline media.

Structual Features:
The forged steel gate valve offers three bonnet design options:
1.Bolted Bonnet: Features a raised-face/flat-face connection with spiral-wound stainless steel and flexible graphite gaskets. Ring-type joint (RTJ) connections are also available upon request.
2.Welded Bonnet: Utilizes threaded sealing followed by welding. Direct rigid welding can alternatively be employed as required. 3.Pressure-Seal Bonnet: Employs threaded engagement with self-energizing sealing mechanism under internal pressure.
