Working Principle:

The actuator (or wrench) drives the valve stem, forcing the closure member (ball) to rotate around the center A. The ball moves from point B to point C, creating a cam-like eccentric trajectory relative to the valve center O. When rotated clockwise into the seat, the valve closes and maintains excellent sealing. Designed based on the cam principle, the closing member gradually increases the force on the seat during the closing process, increasing the sealing pressure until complete sealing is achieved. Application Range:

The half-ball valve is divided into six series based on its application: general-purpose valve, pipeline valve, slurry-specific valve, gas-specific valve, petrochemical-specific valve, and coal powder injection-specific valve.
