Feature:

1.The ball, seat, sleeve, and other components of the ceramic ball valve that come into contact with the medium are all made of ceramic materials. Their high chemical stability and high hardness (above HRA 88) significantly enhance wear resistance and corrosion resistance, extending the service life of the valve.

2.The valve body features a three-section structural design, which is robust and easy to maintain. The valve has a simple structure with a smooth flow passage, resulting in low resistance to media flow.

3.The valve seat is equipped with an internal buffer compensation elastic washer, ensuring stable and reliable sealing. It also prevents the valve ball from seizing in media containing impurities.

4.The contact surfaces of the valve ball and seat are machined with high precision and have a smooth surface finish, which reduces the valve's operating torque and achieves zero leakage
