Introduction:
The working principle of the D641F46 Pneumatic Flanged Lined Butterfly Valve is based on the rotation of the valve to open or close the valve. The switch is lightweight and compact, and can be made in large sizes. It has reliable sealing, a simple structure, and is easy to maintain. The sealing surface and ball surface remain in the closed state, making it resistant to erosion by the medium, widely applied in various industries.
The sealing seat of the D641F46 Pneumatic Flanged Lined Butterfly Valve adopts a waterline design, and the valve plate sealing surface has a flat design, effectively preventing the jamming phenomenon caused by long-term inactivity of pneumatic valves, offering good fluid control characteristics. When the butterfly valve is in the open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate acts as resistance to the flow of the medium through the valve body.
The pressure drop across the valve is minimal, and when the valve is opened between approximately 15° to 70°, it provides flexible flow control. Therefore, for large-diameter flow regulation, the butterfly valve has significant advantages. It is not suitable for processes with particulate matter or high-temperature media.
