This check valve is designed for pump outlet pipelines with water as the medium, serving as a shut-off valve and check valve. It is used to prevent and reduce the backflow of the medium and the excessive water hammer in the pipeline system, thereby protecting the pipeline system.

 

Features:
 

• The control section of the HD7Q41X fully hydraulic-controlled check check valve adopts a fully hydraulic control form. It replaces the counterweight with an accumulator, reducing energy loss and simplifying the transmission mechanism. The space occupied is small, similar to that of a conventional butterfly valve. Installation is convenient; it can be installed in a horizontal position (left or right) or vertically.
• Installed after the pump, this valve can replace two separate valves-a gate valve (or butterfly valve) and a check valve. Moreover, it has a low flow resistance coefficient. For large-diameter butterfly valves, the flow resistance coefficient is only slightly higher than that of a gate valve. Therefore, this type of valve is an energy-saving product.
• When closing, the HD7Q41X valve can adjust the time and switching angle of the fast and slow closing stages according to the characteristics of the pipeline system or user requirements. This helps to eliminate or reduce water hammer and protect the system.
• If all limit switches are replaced with inductive proximity switches and the hydraulic station is removed, the protection rating can reach IP67.
