Introduction:

The pneumatic control gate valve is a type of valve driven by compressed air, mainly consisting of a gate valve and a pneumatic actuator. It uses air pressure to control the opening and closing of the valve and is widely used in various industrial fields.

 

 

Structural features:

 

• Valve body, cover, gate, stem, sealing ring, double-layer cylinder with piston, piston rod, buffer mechanism, manual mechanism, pneumatic-manual conversion device, and packing device.
• Operation & Signals: Upper piston triggers the upper limit switch at the top of its stroke; lower piston triggers the lower limit switch at the bottom. Signals display the valve's status on the control panel.
• Position Indicator: Handwheel's extension rod shows gate position: lower (closed) or higher (open).
• Pneumatic-Manual Conversion: Rotate handle clockwise to "pneumatic" for pneumatic operation; counterclockwise to "manual" for manual operation. Bevel gear handles rotate oppositely.
• Manual Operation: Handwheel rotation: clockwise to close, counterclockwise to open (opposite for bevel gear handles).
