Introduction:
The valve features a double-eccentric butterfly plate with a spherical sealing surface, paired with a single-piece flexible lip sealing seat, making it suitable for applications that require reliable sealing and good regulation characteristics. Due to the design of the double-eccentric butterfly plate, this valve offers tight sealing performance, extended service life, and can be used for quick shutoff or flow regulation.
The product is suitable for the transport of fluids and gases in various industrial pipelines (including steam), and, with special selection, can also be used for specific media such as ammonia, oxygen, high vacuum, sulfur-resistant, or corrosive media. The product is also available with a fire-resistant structure as an option. The connection can be either wafer type or a single flange design with raised ears for large diameters or terminal pipelines.
The butterfly valve adopts a three-dimensional eccentric design, which allows the sealing surface's spatial movement trajectory to be optimized. The sealing surfaces do not experience friction or interference, and with the proper selection of sealing materials, the valve's sealing, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance are reliably ensured.
